Roteq’s in-house capability meets all your rotor balancing needs quickly and safely.
Using the latest Schenk technology, our rotor balancers range from 1 to 8,000 kg and are balanced to relevant ISO standards. On completion, you receive a comprehensive balancing report that documents compliance with these international standards.
Our Schenk 50 kg and 8,000 kg balancing machines are fitted with the latest CAB920 measuring system. They feature a Bently Nevada vibration system so we can identify the vibration base line prior to installation of the rotor.
Onsite dynamic balancing is also available for equipment up to 50 tons rotor weight.
