Workshop Dynamic Balancing
All your rotor balancing needs can be met quickly and safely by Roteq’s in-house capability.
Our rotor balancers range from 1 to 8,000 kg using the latest Schenk technology and are balanced to relevant ISO standards. On completion, you receive a comprehensive balancing report that documents compliance with these international standards.
Our Schenk 50 kg and 8,000 kg balancing machines are fitted with the latest CAB920 measuring system. Plus, our balancing machines are fitted with a Bentley Nevada vibration system so we can identify the vibration base line prior to installation of the rotor.
Onsite dynamic balancing is also available for equipment up to 50 tons rotor weight.
To keep your rotor in perfect condition for maximum availability, Roteq’s custom-made nitrogen-buffered storage boxes are available with same day shipping.
