Emergency Response

As engineers, we understand what it means when equipment fails to work as you expect. We know it is crucial that your machinery is back working again swiftly and safely.

There’s no room for error, and time is of the essence, which is why you can rely on Roteq’s immediate response to your unexpected maintenance requirements, wherever and whenever they may be.

Mobile Dynamic Balancing Machines

All your balancing needs can be met quickly and safely on your site.

Our onsite mobile balancing units can come to your door to preform balancing tasks from 1 to 3,000 kg using the latest Schenk technology and are balanced to relevant ISO standards. You receive a comprehensive balance report that documents compliance with these international standards.

Our Schenk 50 kg and 3,000 kg balancing machines are fitted with the latest CAB920 measuring system. And these balancing machines are fitted with Bentley Nevada vibration system so we can identify the vibration base line prior to equipment install.

The truck has been fitted with special air suspension for smooth traveling. Our customer’s valuable rotating equipment parts don’t need to leave site anymore for balancing as we will bring the balancing facility to you.

Dynamic Balancing is also available for equipment up to 50 tons rotor weight.

Laser 3D Scanning & Measurement

Roteq can provide all your 3D scanning and measurement requirements.

With our portable Romer Absolute Arm equipment, high quality on-site 3D scanning and measuring can be undertaken on machined centre line of a gearbox or turbine to provide customers with peace of mind that their extremely critical high speed rotating equipment will perform at it best for the long term.

This equipment can provide answers to:

  1. Trueness of machined bores or identifying twisted casings
  2. Accurate mapping of machine bores to allow line ups of multiple independent casing
  3. Accurate thermal growth mapping with before and after referencing
  4. Measurement processes to verify the accuracy of precision parts of all types
  5. Measurements and scanning of components to produce engineering drawings
  6. 3D scanning to replicate machine components as 3D models for remanufacture or digital remodelling of components for remanufacture

Pre-Shutdown Planning

Achieving a successful overhaul means planning well in advance.

Roteq’s pre-shutdown planning provides greater insight into what is needed for the overhaul, giving you greater predictability for cost and time budgeting.

We step in before your planned overhaul begins to provide a detailed scope of the rotating equipment in collaboration with the overhaul shutdown planning.

Also importantly, serviceable spares are critical to the success of rotating equipment overhauls. Roteq’s complete onsite inspection of stocked spare parts delivers a detailed report that includes recommendations for repairs and stock shortfalls.
